Location: the hotel was near Kazbegi mountain and magnificent landscapes. Plus, Soviet Mural was just a short walk away from the venue. The room was exceptionally clean, included hypo-allergenic pillows.

The staff here is really friendly and provides excellent service in a fantastic location where you can book a room with amazing views of Kazbek mountain.

The hotel is in a nice building with amazing views of the mountains. It has a great and convenient location for Kazbegi, right by the mountains and beginning of the trek to Mount Kazbek and Stepantsminda. - Cafe Sno nearby is perfect for grabbing tea or coffee.

The location was favourable and excellent, right by the centre by walking and Kazbegi mountain and good restaurants. Our room was clean with a balcony as well as perfect view to Gergeti Church, slept well.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Kazbegi. I really liked the helpful and extremely friendly staff who provided very good service. the location was fantastic, near magnificent landscapes, Stepantsminda, and Kazbegi mountain.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect - it's not far from the center of the city and it's also close to some amazing restaurants. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including heated floors which were a lovely touch. And lastly, the breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One minor issue was the noise from nearby construction in the early morning.
